I had a pleasant stay at Aparto Suites Muralto. Very convenient traveling to Ciudad Universitaria. Moncloa is a nice residential neighborhood - it doesn't feel touristic. However, the apartment may need some moderate refurbishment soon... Don't feel alienated: it's still a nice place to stay!

wonderful spacy appartment- nice location close to everything but not too much noise- breakfast buffet very good.

Excellent service by personnel at Reception and management. The location is very convenient (shops, metro and other). Rooms are large and well equipped, a real suite, although furniture needs some renovation.

Clean, friendly and full value for money. Particular good marks for reception personnel and a very clean, friendly and efficient breakfast room.

The parking deck has been occupied, so parking was a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that we have been satisfied with the apartement.

We were really satisfied .The comments we read were not misleading. An ideal place to stay in Madrid for families: reasonable price, quite location and at the same time close to the center.

It was excellent - far better than we expected. Close to the centre, clean, well equipped, spacious. We can't fault it. We have since stayed in a normal hotel in Madrid with our children and it was poor in comparison with Muralto. Also, the customer service was excellent. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The stay in Muralto has made my trip to Madrid a memorable one.The friendly & always helping nature of the staff is appreciable.The location of hotel is close to major landmarks in Madrid.

Nice, big rooms and bathrooms. Also a small kitchen.LCD Tv. Near center ,and near subway station (Arguelles). Daily cleaning room. Great breakfast. I really like it.

My family and I have been staying at the Muralto since 1985 and have witnessed many changes. What has remained the same is that the personnell are great and make you feel like family! It is the best place to stay in Madrid

A superbly appointed apartment with some thoughtful added extras . Great location, close to Arguelles station and the efficient metro system. Excellent buffet breakfast, a wide choice and everything available until 11 am. Both on arrival and during our stay we found the reception staff always friendly, helpful and attentive. Would strongly recommend. Killeen family (parents and teenage son)

very clean, spacy, well equipped appartment, ideal for a family with small chiildren. We only lacked a self service laundry in the hotel or even better inside the appartment. If you have a baby you cannot rely on the laundry service of the hotel that charges you let's say 3 euroes for each piece.
