We offer hotel services, to feel like home

Reception 24 hours:

Our Front Desk staff will help you to get a pleasant stay in Madrid, managing your reservation at any of the restaurants that Madrid propose to our visitors within the huge gastronomic offer that our city presents all around, advising you about the ultimate theatre or cinema premieres at Gran Via street, booking for you the tickets for the tourist buses or those who drives you to the monumental cities around us, such as Toledo, El Escorial, Aranjuez, Segovia... and also to avoid any waiting at the entrance, you can get the tickets for leisure activities at Warner Theme Park, Parque de Atracciones, Faunia or the Zoo.

Buffet Breakfast:

At the Liébana room ( E-level), you can enjoy our Buffet Breakfast where we propose you a selection of breads, rolls and croissants, flakes, orange, pineapple and peach juices, an assortment of cold cuts and 4 varieties of hot meals, are some of the items we have carefully prepared for you to start your day in a pleasant and relaxed way. We can also provide you with gluten-free products on request.

Apartments:

The daily cleaning service is available from 8 am until 8 pm and includes the bath and bedroom linen, bathroom amenities for all the guests staying at the apartment, including the women bath set Only4You.  The air conditioning or heating system is an individual one for each apartment and is equipped with a safe deposit box with enough capacity for a laptop.

We have baby cots on request and upon availability. 

Full kitchen in the apartments:

Inside our apartments, you will able to prepare your lunch or dinner in the kitchen that everyone has and we have at your disposal 2 options for an external room service: Telepizza and SUSHIYA, both will deliver your request to the reception for you.

In addition to the kitchen utilities that we provide in every apartment ( plates, cutlery and glasses) you could require extra kitchen utilities to our reception staff and they will provide them to you at your arrival.  Even you could request for the kitchen utilities that you would require during your stay, through this web page at the moment of the confirmation of your booking, in order to have them ready inside your apartment at your arrival.

Free wifi:

Muralto gives you FREE access to the wireless network in every apartment and any of the common areas, including the breakfast room and hall. But if you are not carrying your own laptop, you will find 2 computers with internet access and office tools at the Business Center (E-Level), 24 hour a day.

Covered Parking:

If you come with your car, we have parking for staying guests. Please check for availability with the front desk staff  at your arrival. The daily rate is 24 € taxes included, and it is not possible to reserve it in advance.
